in situ oligonucleotide, 2007-03-13_Henikoff_Dros_ChIP_1, Tiling array mapping euchromatic regions of the Drosophila melanogaster genome (Flybase release 4). Chip 1 of 3 of a NimbleGen platform (DesignID=5385) originally designed by Henikoff and Mito (GEO accession: GPL3352). Whole chromosome 3R mapped with 219005 isothermal probes with an average oligonucleotide length of 50bp and an average inter-oligo spacing of 120bp. The 3R chromosome sequence was unchanged from FlyBase release 4 to FlyBase release 5 and thus release 4 coordinates also corresponds to release 5 coordinates for this chromosome. Other probes provide dense tiling of Chr 2L proximal, Chr X proximal and distal, first part of Chr 4, and Bithorax complex (BXC1). |
