Drosophila melanogaster
Oligo Array spotted oligonucleotide, MLRG/DrosoIndac Drosophila melanogaster 15K, The Drosophila melanogaster INDAC Oligo-chip contain 14,444 70mer probes representing 13,900 genes and 19,239 transcripts (see the International Drosophila Array Consortium website for details), All probes are designed from gene transcript sequences from the Flybase release 4.2 database (see the Flybase website for details). The library also included sets of positive and negative controls that were used for quality control purposes. Arrays were printed using the Amersham Biosciences Lucidea Array spotter on aminosilane-coated mirror glass slides (Exprexionsâ„¢ slideGenExprex).
