The CattleArray3800 contains positive expression controls: beta actin (ACTB); phosphoglycerate kinase 1; (PGK1); hypoxanthine phosphoribosyltransferase (HPRT) and beta-2-microglobulin (B2M). Two exogenous plant genes, soy rubisco small chain 1 (RBS1) and chlorophyll ab binding protein (CAB) can be used as negative or spiking controls. |
