in situ oligonucleotide, IMUL-Candida glabrata 8x15k, The nucleotide sequences of the 5283 C. glabrata ORFs and the mitochondrial genome (release 2) were downloaded from the Génolevure Consortium (http://www.genolevures.org/). Following the Agilent eArray Design guidelines, two separate probe sets for each ORF were designed, each consisting of 60 base oligonucleotides. The probe selection was performed using the GE Probe Design Tool; probes were filtered following their base composition and distribution, cross-hybridization potential and melting temperature to yield two probes sets representing each 5210 nuclear and 6 mitochondrial ORFs. These probes cover more than 98% of the nuclear genome and represent 6 out of the 8 mitochondrial protein-encoding genes. For quality control and normalization purposes, 103 probes were selected randomly and spotted 20 times throughout each array in addition to standard Agilent controls. C. glabrata custom arrays were manufactured in the 8x15k format by Agilent Technologies. |

in situ oligonucleotide, [TobArrays520623F] Affymetrix Nicotiana tabacum TobArray520623F, Custom single-channel exon array. From the analysis and annotation of the 1,271,256 Nicotiana tabacum fasta and quality files from methyl filtered genomic survey sequences (GSS) obtained from the TGI (http://www.pngg.org/tgi/) and ~56,000 ESTs available in public databases, an exon array with 272,342 probesets was designed (four probes per exon). The array covers ~90% of the tobacco gene space. The supplementary file 'GPL16290_TobArrays520623F.1lq.txt' includes probe sequences. |

EMBO J. 22(18): 4738-4747, 2003). The primers allow the amplification of the sequence located on either side of elements such as open reading frames, tRNAs, small nuclear RNAs, Ty elements, solo δ, etc. A complete description of the primers can be obtained on the web site (ftp://ftp.resgen.com/pub/genepairs/yeast_intergenic). -The PCR products were purified and spotted using an automated arrayer (MicroGrid II, BioRobotics) |
