cDNA Array spotted DNA/cDNA, QtsA cDNA clones, We determined 512 full-insert sequences of cDNAs derived form cynomolgus monkey testis. An aliquot of the same DNA preparation used in the 5’-end-sequencing reactions provided material for the PCRs. Inserts were amplified by PCR using 5’-CTTCTGCTCTAAAAGCTGCG-3’ as a forward primer and 5’-CGACCTGCAGCTCGAGCACA-3’ as a reverse primer, in a volume of 100 µl. Successful amplification was confirmed by agarose gel electrophoresis. When the first PCR failed to amplify enough products, the first PCR products were amplified again. Samples of approximately 300 µg /ml DNA in 2 x Solution-T reagent (Takarabio) were printed on duplicate glass-slides with a GMS 417 arrayer (Genetic MicroSystems).
