An expression design with 20,047 probe sets for 25,798 transcripts including transcript variants covering 16,896 genes with six 60-mer probes (PM) per probe set. The number of replicates is 1 - i.e., only one set of probes on the array. The design includes random GC and other control probes. NimbleGen design name: 091006_Cynomolgus_ERCC_expr_HX12 Native array description files: 091006_Cynomolgus_ERCC_expr.ndf 091006_Cynomolgus_ERCC_expr.ngd The Platform data table reflects a condensed representation of the expression array's replicate (SEQ_ID) features. The .ndf and .ngd files are linked below as supplementary files. Transcript identifiers are composed as follows: The Macaca fascicularis ID_REF is composed of a human NCBI GeneID and a human NCBI RefSeq transcript ID orthologous to the Macaca fascicularis transcript (note that the category NM is omitted for the predicted Cynomolgus transcripts). Example: ID_REF = 10000_005465_cyno_0m0 = Cynomolgus transcript orthologous to human NCBI GeneID 10000 and human NCBI RefSeq ID NM_005465.
