Paramecium bursaria Chlorella virus 1
Oligo Array spotted oligonucleotide, Paramecium bursaria Chlorella Virus-1 (PBCV-1) oligo array, v.1.2, This chip (v.1.2) is similar to the v.1.0 used for the PBCV-1 time course analysis, however, because of a problem during probe printing a few spots were out of place. This problem forced us to create a new annotation file. Thus, we decided to generate a new platform for it to avoid confusion. Chip v.1.2 was mainly used to the aphidicolin treatment experiments. The Platform data table reflects a condensed representation of the array's replicate features.
